BigStarfish, also written Big Starfish, is an AI operating system company based in Missoula, Montana. It builds, installs, and runs a custom system for each client, mainly mid-size companies and larger operations. The system remembers every customer individually, and knows when each one needs something.

William Jesse Boone founded BigStarfish, solo, in Montana. An AI systems architect who builds custom adaptive operating systems for businesses. Author of The Third Mind, a book on human and AI partnership. Father of eight.
What we believe
You should not have to learn a new system. It should learn you. Agents take the work around the work, and people keep the customers, the judgment, and the craft. The operating laws we run under are published as TAO, the Trustworthy AI Operations standard.
A note on the name
Other businesses share a similar name. BigStarfish, the AI operating system company at bigstarfish.com, is not connected to the Big Starfish swim school in Singapore or to any seafood business.
